Graduated in Economics.
Professional journalist: started in 1982 with a column on the Italian game magazine Pergioco.
Author of several books, most of them about games.
In 1987, first Italian author to publish a choose-your-own-adventure gamebook.
Professional game designer from late '80: boardgames, role playing games and supplements, magazine games, computer games, games for radio and television, for fairs and shows, for training, for advertising.
In 1999 the "Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione" (Italian School Ministry) gave him the title of "Expert game inventor", taking him as a consulent about the use of games in schools.
Member of C.UnS.A., a group of Roman game inventors.
